Variance Request: 93 Iced brook Road <br /> David sanicki from cape & Islands Engineering had submitted a letter <br /> asking for the following variances: There will be 331 from the existing well <br /> servicing the dwelling from the proposed SAS and reserve, A local <br /> approval to install aIke-circulating sand Filter system in Zone 11. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if there were already three-bedrooms in the home. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that his comments included the fact that Mr. <br /> sanicl had to Trent the leaching because he is greater than three feet <br /> below grade. They need floor plaits for review because he didn't know <br /> what was in the addition. They are requesting the variance on the cover <br /> letter but it wasn't listed on the plan. They need to shover the variance on <br /> the plan. They also need an operation and maintenance required prior to <br /> occupancy and to include total nitrogen quarterly for two years. Those <br /> were his comments otherwise this system was okay. <br /> Ms, Warden noted that the 1171 variance was noted in the cover letter. <br /> Mr. Harrington understood that it was in the cover letter but it was not <br /> noted on the plan. <br /> Mr. Santos rade a motion to approve the 331 from the existing well <br /> servicing the dwelling from the proposed SAS and reserve, A local <br /> approval to install a Re-circulating sand Filter system in Zone IL Along <br /> with the operation and maintenance required prior to occupancy and to <br /> include total nitrogen quarterly for two years. The health agent will need <br /> to review the floor plans for the addition and the variance noted on the <br /> plan. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed, <br /> .
