1 <br /> Mr. Harrington had one other request of the board regarding the smoking <br /> regulation. He would like permission to throw away all of that information <br /> that carne in during the public comment period. He could make one tally <br /> sheet of what was sent in regarding the individual points of view. H <br /> would like to throw away the individual sign up sheets that carne in. <br /> Ibis. Warden added that IVIr. Harrington was referring to the 200 hundred <br /> letters than carne in from Zachary's Pub, <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he could shover therm exactly what he means if <br /> they would like. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if the town hall didn't have an archive place in this <br /> building like the fourth floor or something, <br /> IVIr. Harrington responded that they have been told that they couldn't pint <br /> anything more up there because they were basically at their structural <br /> load already. They have been asked to clean it out. <br /> Ir. Santos would agree with him to go ahead and heave it. He was <br /> concerned about getting rid of it altogether. He's concerned with the <br /> public record aspect of it. <br /> IVIS. Warden noted that it was already stated in the minutes that the board <br /> was in receipt of that correspondence. <br /> Mr, Santos was concerned that somebody would come in and request to <br /> see there. He wanted to err on the side of caution. <br /> Ills. Grady added that her first reaction was that she was a little <br /> uncomfortable getting rid of there, she wasn't sure that somebody <br /> wouldn't come in and request to see there. Usually when she gets than <br /> kind of feeling she goes with it. <br /> i <br /> IVIS. Warden reviewed her state information regarding records retention <br /> and noted that it noted "three years retention of records with no <br /> informational or legal value." <br /> Mr. Santos felt that that definition could be construed as correspondence. <br /> IVIS. Warden agreed. <br /> Mr. Santos added that he understood that it meant that they could hold on <br /> to it for three-years. <br /> 'I'I <br />
