Laurent wanted to amend the permit with some <br /> of this type of language. They had to maintain their tipping <br /> balance with the Upper cape Regional 'Transfer station in good standing. <br /> If they don't they could revoke their permit. It was already written into <br /> their contract with Upper Cape Regional regarding the permit that i <br /> issued to the haulers. That if they are not in good standing with the Upper <br /> Cape Regional Transfer station.
