9
Mr. Ball asked why they couldn't push the envelope by pushing Mr. Hajjar
who in turn will push Mr. Fudala who in turn will have to push Mashpee
Commons into making a commitment.
Mr. Harrington asked if they could make a date and still have the ability
to fall back to the original agreement no one should get hurt.
Mr. sanicki felt that he would be the only one who could gat hurt. He
needed some time to do field work to put the design together. He had
stopped the fieldwork, He wasn't in the position to pick up the pencil and
do the design work. He wanted to make the board aware of this element
of the timeline.
Mr. Harrington asked Mr, sanicki what his design time would be. If the
board gave Mr. Hajjar a month to investigate. They were in the middle of
March, the middle of April another two months puts them in the middle of
June. Then they had basically sic months to the end of the year to do the
installation of the systems.
Mr. Ball added that they didn't want to do it during the summer anyways
because of the business.
Mr. sanick! needed to fit this on his schedule as well.
Mr. Harrington understood his position and added that he would be
looking at installs from September until the end of the year.
Mr. Hajjar stated that he had been informed of a neer process that was
supposed to hit the market sometime in the spring, which was supposed
to be much more efficient and cheaper to install. That was what someone
told him. He didn't know if it was true or not.
Mr. Sanicki was unaware of any new system. However, if there was
something new on the market. The board should be getting some kind of
literature.
Mr. Hajjar continued that the person told him that this system was
revolutionary. This person whose friend is a venture capitalist funded the
Ileal and there was going to be some sort of test period.
IIr. Harrington was unaware of anything that had made it this far. Septi-
Tech was the only recent one that he had heard of to date
Mr. Santos asked what they were talking about now.
