Marden began by stating that this was something new for the family <br /> movie night. It was a last day of school celebration. Mr, IVlarrotta had a <br /> previously permit for the DAIS event, He is servsafe certified. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked TIAs. warden if she had inspected his mobile food <br /> unit. <br /> Nis. Warden stated that she was going to be inspecting the unit this <br /> Monday afternoon. she added that it was three self-contained units. <br /> Mr, Ball asked if she was all set with this request. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that they were going to inspect it anyways# <br /> IVIS. Warden added that Mr. Marrotta was doing an event Sunday in <br /> Barnstable. The health agent from Barnstable was going to inspect it <br /> tomorrow because they do not go out on weekends. They will therefore be <br /> inspected by Barnstable before it even goes to them to insure that <br /> everything that needs to be corrected will be corrected by the time they <br /> get to Mashpee,. <br /> Mr. Ball made a notion to grant the temporary food permit for the Family <br /> Movie Night with the condition that the health agents inspect the mobile <br /> food unit, Ms., Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> As Board of Health Update Memo: <br /> Mr. Harrington wanted to letter the board members know that they had <br /> seat out letters to professional engineers, registered sanitaans and <br /> Mashpee licensed septic installers. The letter included a list of variances <br /> that the agents could now approve over the counter. It also included the <br /> new form that the installers would complete for the emergency repairs. It <br /> advised them ghat regulations were deleted so that they could update <br /> their own regulation books. Lastly, that they were going to meet once a <br /> month for the three months of the summer, .lune 'I gt"s .duly 17th and August <br /> 21st, 2003; additional public hearings shall be scheduled as necessary by <br /> the health agents. <br /> Ms. Grady needed to change one of the dates in duly. <br />
