r
a
I {
r.
has to go to this firm-foot deal. He would definitely be higher.
Mr. Ball stated that with his proposal here when it rains the flow of the
water would cone right down here.
Mr,, Harrington confirmed that it was going to go the same way it was
going right now. Just like it is now.
Mr. Ball noted that there were abutters present. He would now open up
the meeting to public comment.
Ms. Stephanie Lewis was present, she was an abutter at 38 Uncle Henry's
Road, she had a couple of concerns. The first one was that she wouldn't
use the word puddle for the amount of water that the property collects.
Her father had that house built about forty-five years ago. From the time
that house was first built there has always been a tremendous amount of
water. she was talking inches of water that just sits there.
Mr. Steve Adams was present. He was an abutter at 88 Clover street.
There have been some major storms this year. This house sits in water.
Mr. sanicii added that basically this collection basin in front couldn't
handle the water, over a period of time as it does seep out or through this
basin the water recedes. He couldn't control mother nature. He was trying
to correct a septic system.
Ms. Lewis agreed with Mr. Sanicki, she asked if he was going to be
putting a leaching field in.
Mr. sanicki re-iterated that he was trying to correct a septic system
problem.
IVIS. Lewis asked Mr. sanicki again if he was going to put in a leaching
field.
Mrs Harrington confirmed that that was the pian.
Mr. Sanicki was putting in a leach field in place of a cesspool, which is
sitting in the groundvwrater.
FIs. Lewis stated that she understood his point. They replaced their
cesspool also.
Mr. sanicki added that it was a plus for the board of health's standpoint,
He couldn't change the grading of the entire neighborhood on a storm
