Ir. M ogut responded that it was three days per week and Andrew worked <br /> five. <br /> Mr. Harrington then brought up the floor issue. It hadn't been repaired in <br /> five years. <br /> Mr. Kogut interjected that that wasn't true. It had been repaired in spots. <br /> But, he had it scheduled to be completely re-done. He had to close for - <br /> three-days trice to do it in two sections. He wanted to wait for a slower <br /> time to do that. He had it scheduled for Monday after Thanksgiving. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if he had documentation to support that. <br /> Mr. Kogut responded that he could tell hien who he had hired to do the job. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they would lime to see it In writing. He then asked <br /> when it slowed down* <br /> Mr. Kogut replied that it was between Thanksgiving and Christmas. <br /> Mr. Harrington interjected that he was not willing to wait that long, This <br /> violation has been present for five years. Then looking through the <br /> inspections with the food beim uncovered in the refrigerators has come <br /> rip more than the floor has been. But, at this point the floor has been an <br /> issue for a longer period of time. He suggested that they set aM shorter <br /> timeline than that. He recommended fourteen to thirty days. 1f he had to <br /> close that was too lead. it had been a violation for five years; <br /> Mr. Ball asked Ills. Warden if she had any comments. <br /> Mr. Kogut interjected that the floor wasn't really that bad, it was just a <br /> couple of spots. <br /> Ms. Warden felt that it had been an issue for a long time. <br /> Ir. Harrington responded that he understood Mr. Kogut"s opinion. <br /> However, it was only receiving a band-,aid treatment and needed to be <br /> repaired t the extent that it went array. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that it was something that they would consider. The other <br /> issues were that the food was uncovered? <br /> Ilr. Farrington stated that at that point they could continue to address <br /> that through routine inspections. <br /> 1 <br />
