t Ms, Warden noted that the letter was from Br. soliz at the La Plaza Del Sol. Dr. soliz' argument was that the new owner paid him $200,00 for his motel permit. The fee was included in the purchase and sale. He would like the permit put in the new owner's names without the need to pay 4 another permit fee. Ms. Warden noted that the permit is not transferable. Dr. Soliz' argument was that the sale was at the time of the renewal. FIs. Grady asked what the date of his renewal was. Ills. Warden stated that the renewal was sometime in May or June. Mr. Harrington noted that he did the inspection in dune. It wasn't open then. Ms. Warden noted that he submitted this application on September r th, g . Mr. Harrington -re-iterated that his inspection was dome until ,dune. Ms. Grady asked if this could have been after it was sold. Ms. Garron noted that the new owner did not shover up until it carne time to open the pool. she asked hien to wine in. Mr. Ball suggested that this situation carne under buyer beware. His opinion was that they shouldn't waive it. Ms. warden stated that she told Dr, soliz there was a chance that they lbmay not waive it.
