3 <br /> Mr. Santos suggested that they keep in mind that they submit those plans <br /> for approval with a firm plan for timeframe for installation. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked if they granted to set a tentative date of the second <br /> creek of September for construction. Variance bequest from Massage Regulations-Licensing of Therapists at <br /> the Mashnee Healthcare Facility <br /> Mr, Harrington began by stating that .Jeanne Jackson, RN, who is the <br /> Integrative Health Coordinator at the Falmouth hospital, was requesting a <br /> variance in massage therapist licensing in Mahpee in order to serve <br /> Falmouth Hospital staff and employees who work in the Mahpee Cape <br /> Cod Healthcare facility. He rwiterated the exemptions under the current <br /> regulation. <br /> Mr. Santos interpreted that Ms. Jackson wanted to not apply for the <br /> massage facility permit and not pay for it. <br /> Mr. Harrington agreed that that was correct. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to deny because they don't meet the <br /> exemptions for the massage facility regulations. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that it was $50,00 per therapist and $100.00 for the <br /> facility. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that there was a motion to deny. Did he hear a second? Mr. <br /> Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. Mr. Ball asked if anyone was <br /> opposed. Ms. Grady was opposed to the motion. <br /> .
