Thy"ve.been waiting to get paid and if the board really had <br /> a problem with it. if they were not satisfied with the way it was done then <br /> they should get together and talk about it, Was there a problem with it <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he had walked around it. It was fine. Around <br /> the gents were done and the top was mewed. He felt that they would have <br /> to do something about the unrest and northwest corner. It was the firing <br /> range in the far corner. It had slumped a little bit along with some re- <br /> seeding. He mentioned that in the ClPs <br /> Mr. Esper continued by saying that he felt that this was a fair price. They <br /> would go to any extent that they could .go to. Laurent Pointed out <br /> these items in her memorandum. <br /> Mr. Esper asked to review Ills* Laurent's memorandum, <br /> Ids. Grandy noted that Ills. Laurent had put down that it was last year 2002# <br /> So then this year when they were gathering the bids from everyone and it <br /> was determined that the landfill had already been mowed.
