If more needed to be done they would
involve Ms. Laurent and the DPW. As long as the board was happy with
their work thea they wouldn't be going anywhere.
Mr. Harrington noted that not all of the previous board's comments had
made it on to the contract. That was what he was trying to get to Mr.
Esper right now, He asked the board members if they were okay with the
itemized equipment and billing,, They asked for signature lines for therm to
sign the contract. Esper stated that what he was quite honestly confused by was that
when they dealt with municipalities the town will send therm a contract
and they will sign it.
Ms, Grady understood that what Mr. Esper was saying was that the town
would generate the contract and send it to hirm. She agreed with him.
Mr. Harrington felt that because of the cost at $5,000.00 request the bids.
Mr. Santos felt that it was up to the town. He stated that between the
$5,000,00 and $10,000.00 bids they needed a contract.
Mr. Harrington felt that they needed a proposal supplied by a vendor to
there. They didn't have write up a full request for proposal stating all of
their-requirements to get the job dome. The town just needs a quote from
$1000.00 to $5,000,005
Mr. Santos stated that the town wanted three quotes for anything over
$1000.00.
Mr. Esper felt that that was $5,000,00 to $25,000.00.
Mr. Samos responded that that was a state requirement, The state tells
7
