She was concerned over the <br /> fact that the fee went from zero to $100,00 and how that impacted their <br /> efforts to provide this service to the public at large, <br /> The board discussed this request. TMs. Grady made a notion to waive the <br /> retail food establishment fee for 2004. TIAs. Santos seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Fero Engineering-45 Santuit Lame <br /> David Lajoie was present to represent the applicant in the above <br /> captioned matter. He began stating that this property was located on <br /> Santuit Lane. It was a small property. This was a straight upgrade from a <br /> single cesspool. They tried to put the leaching area as far away as they <br /> could because of the wetlands. They have incorporated alternative <br /> technology using a FAST system with UV light. The leaching area is <br /> basically going into the existing driveway that was going to maximize the <br /> distance from...He just met with the conservation Commission and they <br /> had been approved. <br /> Mr. Harrington added that he had gone out to do the perk test with Mr. <br /> Lajoie. This was definitely the Fest option because of the size of the <br /> property and they couldn't get it any further away. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to grant the variances for 45 Santuit Lane as <br /> requested in the letter dated December 11", 2003, from Fel o, Inc. The <br /> variances are as follows: Five feet from the leach area to the property line <br /> (street). Two feet from the leach area to the cellar wall. Eight feet frond <br /> the septic tank to the property lime (Parcel . Eighi feet from the pump <br /> chamber to the property line (Parcel . Thirty feet from the leach area to <br /> the wetlands.
