They would gait on the $2100.00 until the next date. i • APPOINTMENT: 40 Canonchet Avenue - Lisa Abelli/Colleen OIMalley Ms. Colleen 'Malley was present as co-owner of 40 Canori,ehet Avenue, IIIb. Harrington briefly updated the board on this situation. They had sent ' several letters due to the fact that the system had been in failure for over three years at this point. The occupant, Lisa Abelli, had stated that she was going to fisc the system here and along. At one point the town chid run out of money as far as the loan program, There was a delay from that. But, still a couple years prior to this they had sent her a notice to fisc the system. But, now they were at the point that they were being told that there were co-owners of the property and one of the. panties will not sign the loan documents. Mr. Ball asked if theco-owners were Ms. Abelli and Ms. 'Malley. Mr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct. The reason the system was not being fixed right now was because one of the co-owners would not sign the Darr documents. What the board requested at the last meeting was for all of the parties to be present, both Attorney Barer for - Lisa Abelli and. Mr. Bertrand for IVIS. O'Malley. Mr. Ball asked if both attorneys were present. Ms. O'Malley responded that her attorney was not here. Mr. Ball asked if anyone was present for Ms. Abelli., Mr. Harrington asked the audience and there was no one present for Ms. Abelli. ` Mr. Ball felt that Ms. Abelli was the person holding Grp the process.
