i <br /> i <br /> t Mr. Ball asked if Mr. Weinstein had that letter with him now. <br /> Mr. Weinstein believed that it should be in the board's file. <br /> Mr. Ball felt that it mould make it a little bit easier, <br /> Ms, Grady re-iterated that the use of conservation land for this request <br /> made her very uneasy about the situation, <br /> Mr, Ball was trying to remember the original discussion regarding this <br /> subdivision. He felt that the original reason why they granted to use that <br /> open space was so they could get the three bedrooms in and make better <br /> use of the land available. <br /> Mr. Weinstein stated that the original seven acre piece. Before h <br /> purchased it he came to the beard and spoke with Mr. McQuaid, Part of <br /> being able to have a lower density on the smaller acreage the town was <br /> given twenty-sic acres. This was so the developer was able to build at a <br /> lower density with thirty-five houses. Mr. McQuaid gave him the allowance <br /> to go to four to five bedrooms. <br /> Mr. Ball felt that that allowance was with the 23 acres, He was adding <br /> that all in. correct? <br /> Mr. Weinstein agreed with Mr. Ball on that point. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if this affected the cedar swamps, <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the cedar swamps were just beyond it. <br /> Mr. Weinstein did not bring any file information with him. <br /> (The board members look at a plan of the subdivision at this point in time, <br /> M . Grady asked if this had been submitted to the board of selectmen and <br /> had he received any comment from them. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he had not received any comment from them. <br /> Ms. Grady assured that they probably didn't know ghat they were looking <br /> at. <br /> Mr, Ball suggested that they review this request and gait for comments <br /> from the conservation commission and the selectmen or they could go <br /> there now. <br /> 9 <br />
