APPOINTMENT: Lewis Rubin -43 Tide Run
Mr. Bill Weller was present for this address. He stated that the plan was
essentially the same with the additional comments requested by Mr.
Harrington.
Mr. Harrington stated that the variances had to been listed on the Plan
and the water main.
Mr. Weller continued that the only difference at all was that the FAST unit
itself was a Micro Fast 0.9 general license. The last time they lest it and
thea got it back again. They came in with a new name for the product.
Their initial problem was that they changed the name of the product and
never told the DEP. They were a little lengthy in getting the general permit
back. This was a little embarrassing to them because they had a nice size
project in Orleans they were working on and were told about the problem
at that time.
Mr. Harrington informed the board that the owner wanted to add a
bedroom,. There was a building permit that was signed and approved. The
board had approved the previous plan so that the building was signed off
of on. The bedroom had been built. He had not been inside the house. The
exterior of the house depicted what the building permit spewed. The room
had been constructed. It went the three years. The septic permit was
pulled, but had never been installed. Therefore, it expired, as did the
variances. The proponent and the engineer were noir back before therm
for approval of the variances of this plan. He wanted the board to do it, as
there was a timeline issue here where the homeowner was reluctant to
dig up his landscaped front yard. He knew from the other factions that are
working for the owners, that he was very reluctant to tear up the driveway
and landscaping. He felt that there needed to be something from the
board to get something in the ground. That was his recommendation,
Mr. Weller was going to suggest that himself. He had heard from the
builder that when they finished the room itself it was frozen ground, etc.
He said that he didn't meed to know, It was not his problem but he would
represent the owners But, he was thinking today khat they should probably
give the homeowner a deadline for installation.
Mr. Harrington stated that there were two hard winters. However, there
has been not been three full years of winter.
i
Mr. Santos asked if he went from four to five bedrooms.
Mr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct.
4
