He was going to b <br /> gone for two weeks. Mr. Rubin had to get directly in touch with Mr. Boland <br /> for him to issue the paper work to FAST, FAST sends back a contract to <br /> Mr. Rubin. Mrs Rubin had to sign it and send it back. He didn't know the <br /> legality of the contract process with FAST that contains the maintenance <br /> agreement that he has to endorse with the FAST manufacturer or with <br /> another licensed person. <br /> Mr. Bell stated that if they placed a 30-day stipulation on the installation <br /> of the system and it was not completed. They could arrays come back in <br /> front of the board and state why. But, he wanted to make this as short as <br /> possible,, He asked if the other board members were in agreement with <br /> hint. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT:TlV ENT: Great Hay Acres -Joe Weinstein <br /> Mr. Harrington noted that the board had requested an opinion from <br /> counsel. They had copies of the counsel's response. He had given the <br /> board an update of the Mark Richards, town counsel's opinion; it was <br /> actually in the fax machine at the last meeting, He just didn't know if was <br /> there. They do have it in writing. There was a motion that counsel had <br /> stated would be legal and acceptable should the board wish to make the <br /> motion in line with what counsel was requesting, <br /> Mr, Ball asked if this was the notion on the last page. <br /> Mr, Harrington confirmed that that was correct. He gave the board <br /> members the chance to review should they Irish to make than Emotion. He <br /> would recommend that they make the motion as it was along the sante <br /> lines as the board of health has been stating was the proper resolution to <br /> the application. <br /> 5 <br />
