Darrington stated that they sent their application in and 9 they had not <br /> charge them in the past. The board needed something in writing from <br /> there to be able to approve a waiver of the fee. They contacted theme to <br /> request something in writing from them. They sent in the check instead. <br /> Ms. Warden thought that they paid last year. <br /> I <br /> Ms, Garron could not remember them paying anything last year. <br /> No motion was made, as the Issue had been resolved. <br /> s MCI Pill Polis <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they would have to continue this since they hadn't had <br /> chance to review it. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked to give therm some background on it. The town did <br /> vote to accept the MCI Pills at the town meeting as part of the response <br /> scenario to a nuclear event at Pilgrim. The selectmen needed to get back <br /> to the state as of April 15 t'', 2004, and advise therm as to how many they <br /> would meed and what type of plan they had in place. He was providing <br /> therm a copy of the-packet that was sent to the selectmen and a copy of <br /> what George Heufelder took to the town of Plymouth for their response to <br /> the school system, It was for us to cone up with our own policy in town <br /> for the distribution of the MCI Pills. It would be seat out to the schools. He <br /> did have this in the computer. But, had not gone through it and rade all <br /> necessary charges that he needed to make before he sent it to the <br /> schools. He would also like to say that this policy that they got from <br /> Plymouth didn't not address the issue of distribution for adults in the <br /> town. They needed to do some additional work on hover they would best <br /> serve the rest of the town's population. Attached to the back of the policy <br /> was the letter from George Heufelder to the health agents. The board <br /> members had everything that he had for their review. He would like therm <br /> to review it for their input. The policy did not have to be in place by the <br />
