ti
time they had to get back to the state or have the selectmen get back to
the state. But, the selectmen at least had to let them know that they did
still and would still'like to participate in the KI Pill distribution plan. But,
the whole plan did not have to be in place. They still had to get some
answers to the selectmen by the 7 1h.
Ills. Grady asked when the next meeting date was set for.
Mr. Harrington advised her that the next meeting was April Sth, 2004.
Mr. Ball asked if that would give the selectmen enough time.
Mr. Harrington telt that at this time it was merely a yes or no response.
But, he would like to have a little more information than that for them to
forward to the state.
Ms. Grady re-iterated that in the meantime Mr. Harrington granted therm to
review the packet to be prepared for a review at the next meeting.
Mrs Harrington stated that there was still enough time. The state was not
looking for the plan to be in place by the 151h, If it were they would have to
have some other meetings. Grady asked if the school had been shorn this plan at all.
Mr. Harrington stated that they had not seen the plan.
Ms. Grady recommended that they do that before the next meeting,
Mr. Harrington wras going to do that, but he didn't want to send it with
writing all over it. The school and the whole plan did not have to b
approved by the 15t'. He just got all of this information now. f
Ms. Grady stated that she would just hate for therm to say that, this plan
looped good and the school get the plan.
Mr. Santos felt that the school superintendent should be aware of this
because George Heuflder seat it to them on February 18th, 2004.
Mr. Harrington concurred with Mr. Santos. The board did not make therm
aware of it, but Mr. Heufeld r did. He would meet with the superintendent
and iron things out a little bit. Again, this did not all have to occur by the
15th
4
