As far as 11G11 his
feeling was that he leave it the way it was.
Ms. Grady agreed with Mr. Santos and should leave 11G" with the way it
was.
Ms. Garron asked if they were going to make a motion.
Mr. Harrington felt that they should continue it until the changes were
made in the regulation.
Mr. Graci asked if there was a date when it would become effective.
Mr. Santos stated that they would review it in two weeks and then do the
advertising.
Mr. Graci asked if hypothetically it passed.
Mr. Harrington stated no that it had not passed.
Mr. Ball made a motion to continue. It didn't fall under a mounded system. under the law because
only the fill over the system was above the virgin ground. The actual
system itself if you were to put it in would be flush with the virgin ground.
It did not fall into the category of a mounded system. It did stick above
the ground. They were going to put a retaining wall around it. As you
could see everything was just packed in there. There was a septic tank
and a re-circulation tank. There are two re-circulating sand filter modules.
There was a pump dosing chamber and the leaching facility with a D-box.
• All of it with the exceptions of the setbacks meets Title V and the
22
