ti
44
additives. He thought that was what happened on 1 Annawon. He had a
shallow well. It was very odd to have something, pop up like that.
B. coffee Roasters Outlet - FYI
Mr. Harrington stated that he hadn't spoken to Chief Baker or Deputy
Chief Hamblin. But, this was the second fire in he didn't knew how many
years. He thought they would make put in a sprinkler system,, There
wasn't a system in place and it burnt a big old hole in the roof. He went
over and went through all of the stuff that needed to be thrown aware. Mr.
Young was there. He left it up to the building, wire and plumbing
inspectors to see if the retail could be open because there was nothing
wrong with the retail portion of the building. It was fine with him as long
s the building itself was secure and safe. They let that go and said it was
okay. The retail portion stayed open. He had not been back over. They have worked within Title V to have the cleanest effluent
that they could have. The next one was interesting because it was
something that they had been thinking about for a long time. He knew that
they had discussed this during the last application for a 40B off of Fite
130, They were going to go with a central system. Bid they want to create
a regulation that required all subdivision...
Mr. Harrington stated that they had a regulation in place now that they
could use to do that. It was basically Regulation #70, the 600 GPD
regulation. If they had a parcel that sits as a,single parent parcel and they
chop it up. For example, there usually was some existing farmhouse or
something that was on there where somebody lured and owns. They thea
want to subdivide a portion of that. There were four-bedrooms on that
parcel. You would now subdivide it. Title V, through division and
aggregation, they could say that once a parcel was divided they would
have to make that property compliant with Title V. They could also use
the local regulation to say that it was going to be 200more GPD and-put it
over 600 CPD. They could push it into compliance with the local
