It <br /> absolutely states... <br /> Mr. Santos recalled someone that had eight bedrooms. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that it applied to both residential and commercial. <br /> Mr. Santos asked how it applied with five hundred acres and they wanted <br /> a subdivision. 1t didn't apply. . <br /> Mr. Herrington started that if it was a one-parent property and they were <br /> going to chop it up with more flow than 600 GPD. Their regulation applied. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that the point he wanted to make was that if was dear <br /> in order to eliminate any legal battles. He was sure Mr. Harrington wanted <br /> to be sure of the same thing, <br /> Mr..Harringtoa stated that anything could be challenged. He would have to <br /> look at it again to see exactly how it would hold up. Harrington absolutely agreed with him in this matter. <br /> Mr. Santos felt that it was just.something for discussion. He didn't feel <br /> that it had to be reviewed again at the next meeting But, he felt that <br /> Regulation #70 might be amended a little bit to make it clearer, They said <br /> in the meeting Tuesday that there were 600 wild-able lots in Mashpee <br /> and they would be built out. They were still getting applications for <br /> subdivisions, <br /> D. DPc <br /> Mr. Santos stated that he had been having a lot of fun on Tuesdays. The <br /> planning board had a quorum at the meeting. They voted to go with a <br /> 8 <br />
