1 <br /> i <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Mr. Santos asked if he had had a food establishment permit. <br /> Mr. Moloney stated that he honestly had no idea that he needed one. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if he didn't need one in Pembroke. <br /> e. <br /> Mr. Moloney stated that since he was not serving food he did not need one. It was <br /> for storage only. <br /> Mr. Santos felt that he had to ask that question. He went over it with Mr. Harrington. <br /> There were problems with that building and upon inspection.there was a food <br /> service business. Granted it was only frozen foods. But, they needed to be aware of <br /> every facility like that. That was his only concern. He asked 1s. Grady if she had <br /> anything further to add. <br /> Ms. Grady stated that she did not have anything to add. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the request for a food establishment permit for <br /> Patrick Moloney, Hillside Foods/Warehouse. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that at this time because they had people present in the <br /> audience he suggested that they request a change in the agenda to accommodate the <br /> people who were waiting. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to put 123 Tide Run on the agenda under old business. <br /> Ms. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> OLDBUSINESS <br /> A. Michael Grotzke Phoenix Gr. — 123 Tule Run and 86 Su mersea road <br /> Mr. tarot ke was present with the homeowner Mr. Herb Liebman. He stated that he <br /> was present with Mr. Liebman to discuss 86 Sum ersea. He asked if it was on the <br /> agenda. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he-did not place it on the agenda because he was awaiting <br /> revised plans. He was supposed to change the technology on that. He was not going <br /> to put it back on until he was in receipt of something else to review since nothing <br /> else had changed on that. <br /> Mr. tarot ke asked if they were also waiting for the Conservation Commission to <br /> finalize the coastal bank issue. Had he heard back from then` <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he felt that Conservation was all set with that. <br /> Mr. Grotk re-Iterated that they were all set-with the coastal bank.
