In the process of getting their people ServSafe,trained they carne up with some exceptions'b cause f their hiring policy. He asked that they request to the prior order in writing so that the board could vote on it. He told thein that because the board had voted on other orders.with the ServSafe being an enforcement point. They needed to see this request. They were requesting that employees hired through the Cape Cod Care program and under their supervision he exempt from the requirement that all employees need to be certified as food protection managers. Ms. warden asked what type of individual Cape Cod Care Program serviced. Mr. Harrington had not had an opportunity to elaborate on that point.
