What Mr. Mcrath was shoving was 5 seats
n their chart.
Ms. Warden asked if it should he a restaurant. If it wag retail?
Mr. Harrington stated that if it were retail there would be a lot more latitude with the
other flows to the other buildings property-wide.
Ibis. Warden stated that her question was that if Giovanni's was to charge use t
become retail. How many GPD did that allot towards the overall CPD total?
Mr. Harrington replied that he was saying that it would he approximately 1600. H
was assuming that it was around 2000 or 2500 square feet of space.
1I . These would have to be abandoned arra he would have put in
4
pressure distribution. It would force Mr. Hajjar t tale on another $50-$100,000.00
worth of expense in order to support those seats. He has already in court to limit or
evict.
Mr. Harrington asked hove there was an increase in flow.
Mr. McGrath responded that the department was saying that there was only a certain
amount of capacity in those leaching pits. Adding, right now, hack to what'was
permitted was 5300. There'were already over 5500 going into this. How were they
going to add more seats? You were going to add 14 x 35 and there was no capacity
for that in the existing leaching. They couldn't tale seats from here and move it into
there without causing a major destruction there of costs in that-now they would have
an increase in soil absorption system costs that had not been projected or expected.
They couldn't just move the flows. Is what he was saying without maj or problems.
Ms. Warden stated that were back to the 5 6 or 5 8 seats.
Mr. Ball asked if they could approve this Marr as a whole to ensure that it was less
than 10,000 CPD and just leave it at that.
Ms. Grady added that with the other restaurant gone.
Mr. Ball interjected that they were going to approve it under 10,000 GPD.
Ms. Grady stated that even at 70 seats it'still carne under...
9 .
