Mr. Shay added that that about covered it. He would have loved to put it in the very <br /> backyard. But, the guy's weIl just didn't allow hire to do that. <br /> Mr. Santos asked Mr. Harrington if he had anything to add. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he had reviewed the floor plan as proposed and it looked <br /> lay. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if he was happy with it. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he was happy.with it. <br /> Mr. Ball made a notion to approve the variances as requested by Mr. Carmen E. <br /> Shay for 30 Wilson's Grove in Mashpee. The variances are as follows: A six-foot <br /> variance from the proposed septic tank to the concrete foundation and nine-feet from <br /> the proposed septic tank to the side lot line. A 40-mil rubber liner has been proposed <br /> around the entire septic tank. A variance of eight-feet from the SAS to the setback <br /> from the side arra front lot lures and nine-.feet from the side lot line. A -rail rubber <br /> liner is also proposed around the SAS. A variance to reduce the size of an SAS from. <br /> 330 GPD to 220 GPD. The existing house was only to-bedroom and a deed <br /> restriction was proposed. A variance of one-foot from the reduction of the separation <br /> of the bottom of the SAS from the groundwater. Mr. Santos seconded the notion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Horsely& Witten— 14 Sampson's Mill Road <br /> Mr. Scott Horsely arra Mr. Joe Henderson were present for this meeting. Mr. <br /> Horsely began by stating that this was the general site plan of 14 Sampson's Mill <br /> Road and Route 28. <br /> Ms. Warden asked if she could ask therm a question before they started. This project <br /> was just totally confusing her. weren't there'trio buildings on this lot? <br /> Mr. Horsely replied that they were separate parcels. Prior to their involvement there <br /> was a discussion about combining the lots. When they got involved this was already <br /> done. He believed that this was all preliminary as far as he knew. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if this was where they were doing all of the filling. <br /> Mr. Horsely replied that that was correct. <br /> 1r. Ball asked hove they got away with all of that with conservation. <br /> Mr. Horsely stated that they went to Cori Comm. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that this was not the property that fronted on rite 28. There <br /> was another property. <br /> 1 <br />
