Mr. It cDuffy did not show up for the hearing. <br /> Glen Hardngton stated that on 19105 he verified the soil absorption system at 29 Devonshire Road was <br /> in failure. On 8125105 a new system was installed by Robert Gilfoy,a licensed septic installer.. <br /> Prior to permit issuance, I'lltr. Gilfoy was informed of the Town water connection requirement, as the neva <br /> septic system was less than 150 feet from theon-site domestic well. Mr. Gilfoy was informed by Veronica <br /> Warden during inspection of the new system that the certificate of compliance would be withheld pending <br /> town water connection. A warring notice regarding the requirement for town water hookup was posted <br /> at the premises on August 25, 2005. A certified letter of non compliance dated 9124105, was seat to Mr. <br /> 1 cDuff ,the owner of the property at 29 Devonshire Road. Glen Harrington's recommendation was to <br /> set a fire on a per day basis, no less than $10, no more than$500# <br /> Lucy Burton mored that Mr. I IcDuffy be fined$50 per day, effective October 7, 2005, until hookup with <br /> town water is completed. Errie went out <br /> to take a look as well. Ron stated that the vents didn't need to be so high, and asked Erne to cut them <br /> down. Glenn Santos questioned the level of 02 on the report. If you get an 02 level down to 11 to 13, <br /> there is usually a high level of methane to take the place of the 02. Oxygen should be consistently 19 to <br /> 20.
