The Board member 'signed the warrants. <br /> Review of Minutes <br /> The Board unanimously approved the minutes from the 8/25/05 BOH Public Meeting, the minutes <br /> from the 9/0 8/05 BOH Public Meeting, and the minutes from the lob 130H Public Meeting. <br /> Approval of the minutes from the 10/20105.BOH Public Meeting will.be continued until a full Board <br /> is present. <br /> Re-quest for Further Evaluation: Septic Inspection Regulation, 75 Sunset circle <br /> Glen Harrington reported that this item had been resolved prior to the BOH meeting. <br /> DPMI Memo Ye: Landfill Repairs <br /> Glen Harrington reported on a memo received from Catherine Laurent regarding the-status of the <br /> requested landfill repairs. Catherine's memo stated that the DPW has been addressing the <br /> repairs/improvements required for the landfill as identified by Woodard & Curran &C during <br /> their fast inspection. The broken and/or damaged vents th-roughout the landfill have been <br /> repaired. Invoice for the replacement pipe has been forwarded to the BOH office. <br /> W&C also identified areas where erosion is occurring and vegetation is sparce, along the <br /> drainage Berm on the perimeter of the landfill. DPMI will be regrading the berm with a mix of <br /> street sweepings and compost. DPI recommends that the berm then be hydroseeded, as the <br /> area is too large for hand-seeding. Glen Harrington will meet with Catherine to determine the <br /> enact cost for the recommended hydroseeding of the drainage berm. Glenn Santos will join Glen <br /> Harrington at this meeting with Catherine Laurent. <br /> Title V Variance Bequest—Building 19, M ushop!Village <br /> Glen Harrington stated that during earlier septic inspections at Maushop pillage Condominiums, it <br /> was discovered that an existing cesspool under the corner of unit 19-D was faired. It has since <br /> been pumped. Bennett O'Reilly Engineering is proposing a I coo-gallon pump chamber with a <br /> hp grinder pump to be connected to the existing Soo-gallon septic tank. 'The flow from Building <br /> 19-D D vwrill constitute 17% of the total flow to the septic tank, meeting requirements of no more than <br /> % of the flow to be pumped to a septic tank. Glen Harrington felt that the 2 hp grinder pump . <br /> was much too strong for this job, and recommended using a Y2hp nongrinder pump instead. This <br /> will do a 60 gallon per minute flow. <br /> Luer Burton made a motion that the two setback varia nces of 1. ' and 1. ' for the pump chamber <br /> be approved, with the stipulation that Bennett O'Reilly Engineedng revise the size and type of <br /> grinder pump used, from a 2 hp gander pump to a '/ hp-nongdnder pump. Steven Ball seconded <br /> the motion. All approved. <br /> Massage Therapist Permit Fees—Echo Bigelow <br /> Veronica Warden stated that Massage a Therapist Echo Bigelow had requested that the permit <br /> fees for the remaining two months of 2005 be incorporated into the permit fees for 2006. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that the Board approve the request for waiver of the remaining <br /> massage therapia permit fees for o , and incorporate those fees into the fees for o . <br /> Steven Ball seconded the motion.
