Botsford (see attachment B) and a motion was made by Mr. H rsch and seconded <br /> by Mr. Laporte to submit the report as presented. The motion carried. <br /> Communitv Room Use P I'r ; .Mrs. Botsford provided the beard with a draft of an updated policy for <br /> Community Room Use which incorporates the Asher"s Path community room and simplifies the process. <br /> After a short discussion a motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Mr, Sha kett to <br /> adopt the updated Community Room Use Policy as drafted and presented. The notion <br /> carried, <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> CPA (Community Preservation Act) parte/Deport from liaison: Mr. Halpern had no update to report. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford stated that there were no communications <br /> other than those already referred to. <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday' February 11, 2010 at :o 'Pl . We had the annual holiday patty which was <br /> well attended by residents. <br /> Breezy Acres/705: We had all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres and we are 100% occupied. <br /> Asher' Path: We had all rents paid in full at Asher's Path, which the exception of one who oared a <br /> small balance to be paid by the beginning of January. Although vire were 100% occupied in December, <br /> vire have two residents who have given notice to move in January. As usual, the monthly newsletter was <br /> sent out to all residents. We had the annual holiday parlay which was very well attended by residents <br /> (about 44 residents). <br /> i c■ <br /> • The monthly R P AHVP/DMH reports were submitted. <br /> 0 The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> I attended the following meetings: SHAD (Small Housing Authority Director's organization) <br /> meeting. <br /> I have fired Bob Boudreau for the administrative/bookkeeping assistant position. He will be <br /> starting in the first week in January and will working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from <br /> noon-PM <br /> -3 - <br />
