A <br /> warning has been issued. A notice to quit has been delivered to another <br /> resident due to a lease violation. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that we have 4 AHVP vouchers, 28 MRVP Mobile, 28 <br /> Project Based vouchers, 17 Section 8 Certificates, and 9 section 8ouchers <br /> leased in Mashee. <br /> H meyer Village Resident Association: None <br /> Old Easiness: <br /> Telephone answering, service/machine: As requested, Mrs. Botsford reported back to <br /> the board that there are several telephone answering systems that have battery back <br /> up in case of power failure. The prices range from about$90 to $300. After a brief <br /> discussion a motion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by MIs. Fint n t <br /> purchase a telephone answering system for a price not to exceed $250.00 The <br /> motion was adopted. <br /> Goals and Objectives for Executive.Director: As requested by chairperson Rudd, Mrs. <br /> 'Botsford revisited her goals and objectives with the board, presenting an outline of <br /> accomplishments and further goals she wishes to achieve by April. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Adoption of State Be ulations 760 CMR 49.00: Mrs. Botsford explained the changes to <br /> the M VP regulations were minor, mostly a shortening of the wording and clarification <br /> of the rental calculation. A motion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by MIs. <br /> Younger to adopt the state Regulations CMR 49.00 with regards to revisions t <br /> the Massachusetts Dental Voucher Program. The motion was adopted. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> Holida Plans:.
