Y <br /> approved for a new truck, computer upgrade, and common area improvements, as well <br /> as the allowable % increase to administrative salaries, Mrs. Botsford providedthe <br /> board with written reports regarding bank balances as well as the Budget to Actual <br /> Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represented the sixth month of the fiscal <br /> year. Mrs. Botsford pointed out that all expenditures were within budget. <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling $6,655.02 were presented to the Board for <br /> review, approval and signatures. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer <br /> Village, but there is one resident at Breezy Acres that has not paid yet. This is the <br /> resident for which the housing authority is seeking eviction. A Motion was made b <br /> Mr. Peoples and seconded by Ms. Williams to accept the Secretary's report as <br /> presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> PROGRAM UPDATE <br /> Homg er Village (66Zh. Mrs, Botsford reported this past month, in addition to Bingo we <br /> had the annual holiday party which was a pot-luck dinner and very well attended by the <br /> residents. She had her regular meeting with the residents. Items discussed included <br /> the budget approval, a reasonable accommodation request we are addressing, exterior <br /> motion-sensor lights, replacement of all mailbox locks, and the computer station which <br /> she hopes to have up and running in another month or so. <br /> Breezy Acres (705): No report <br /> i ■. <br /> Mrs, Botsford reported that she attended the meetings for the SIVA (Small dousing <br /> Authority Directors organization), SMEDA (southeastern Dass. Executive Director's <br /> Association,,the cape cod neighborhood Support coalition CCNSC , the Mashpee <br /> Human services Council, UCDVC (Upper Cape Domestic Violence Coalition),, and the <br /> Town of Mashpee Affordable dousing Committee. CHOO (Cape Housing Officials <br /> Organization) did not meet* she also met with HPF (Mass. Housing Partnership Fund) <br /> to develop the RFP (Request for Proposals) for the new development. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that we have 3 APAP vouchers, 23 MRVP Mobile, 26 Project <br /> Based vouchers, 7 Section B certificates, 4 Section 8 vouchers and 15 Housing Choice <br /> Vouchers [eased in Mashpee.
