Melissa Fish and Mike Fish attended as well as about 10 perspective <br /> residents. <br /> • I spoke to wayde P rovecchlo at DHCD yesterday about our request for funding assistance. <br /> Payment should be deposited into our account by late next week so that we can have funds to <br /> finish the renovations In both vacant apartments. wayde also informed rine that Budget <br /> Guidelines for fiscal year 2009 have been mailed no funding increases)so as novo as I get them <br /> I will be meeting With Tom Joy and the board will need to meet to approve budget submission. <br /> New computer has been installed but a new router also needs to be install. Mrs. Botsford reminded the board that she had been <br /> successful in getting a grant from plass Housing Partnership to hire a consultant to review the Breezy <br /> Acres site to determine if we Mould develop more housing than originally planned (one duplex and one <br /> unit DMR group home). Mrs. Botsford introduced the consultants Marc Slotnick and Toby Kramer who <br /> then proceeded to report on their findings. lir.
