Mrs. Botsford reminded the board that she had been <br /> successful in getting a grant from plass Housing Partnership to hire a consultant to review the Breezy <br /> Acres site to determine if we Mould develop more housing than originally planned (one duplex and one <br /> unit DMR group home). Mrs. Botsford introduced the consultants Marc Slotnick and Toby Kramer who <br /> then proceeded to report on their findings. lir. Slotnick provided the board with a preliminary site plan <br /> for the Breezy Acres project and reported that an assessment of the site to date has yielded good results. <br /> The site would yield, in addition to the original plan for one duplex and the five unit 6819, and 6 more <br /> family rental units, which would be pri <br />
