Mr. Therrien responded by <br /> saying he feels a minimum eight to ten weeks would be required. <br /> Helene DeFoe expressed her concerns for existing interior <br /> handicap requirements that are no longer being met. She directed <br /> her question to Mr. Anderson, asking for his recommendations. <br /> Mr. Anderson responded by stating that every element of the <br /> library services being provided must be accessible.
