Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G, Nelson <br /> Paul Merithew of Yankee Survey Consultants represented the applicant by stating that <br /> Mrs, Williams owns four lots on Coombs Lane, He submitted a plan showing the lots as <br /> they currently exist, with a proposal to divide the Four lots into three lots. There is a split- <br /> level, four-bedroom dwelling on Lot 38, Mrs. Williams stated that she wants to make <br /> sure that the lots are buildable before she sells them, <br /> Mr. Govoni acknowledged that the plan was practical, that there appears to be adequate <br /> frontage and that Mrs. Williams has been paying taxes on the lots, He also stated that <br /> Mrs. Williams will have to get approval from the Planning Board to Change the lot lines, <br /> r Mr, Nelson moved to strike the Variance of 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws; but Mr. <br /> Hauck suggested to keep it as it appears on the application, <br /> i <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant the Variances, combining Lots 35, 36, 37 and 38 into three <br /> Is <br /> lots. They will be referred to as Lots 12A, 12B, and 12C for purposes of clarification as <br /> i' <br /> follows: <br /> is <br /> i <br /> • Reference plan of Yankee Survey Consultants dated October 11, 1998 <br /> • Town Assessor will assign new lot numbers. <br /> I • Lot 12A will combine Lot 35 and a portion of Lot 36 and will consist of <br /> i 20,760 square feet with frontage of 134 square feet. <br /> • Lot 12B will combine a portion of Lot 36 and a portion of Lot 37 and will <br /> consist of 24,862 square feet with frontage of'107.19 square feet, <br /> F. <br /> Fl ' <br /> el <br /> iq <br /> V <br />
