Mr. <br /> Makunas moved to grant the request. Ms. Guerrera seconded. Mr. Regan made the vote <br /> unanimous <br /> Todd Sullivan-Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 for <br /> permission to demolish an existing house, cottage, shed and craft shop and replace them <br /> with a house and cottage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 66 Redbrook <br /> Road (Map 110, Block 58A), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: M, Makunas R. Nelson, J. Regan <br /> l , <br /> i' Mr. Regan stated that the applicant was supposed to supply the Board with proof that the <br /> property had not been abandoned. They have not supplied any information. Mr. Nelson <br /> said the property assessment has been changed from 108,000 in 1991 and now is 28,000 <br />
