Board of Appeals Minutes- March 26, 1997 <br /> 3, <br /> Mr, Renz explained that he can only lease on a temporary basis pending final approval of <br /> development plans and curb cuts for the lot. Mr. Regan noted that the quality of the <br /> outdoor equipment looked excellent. Mr. Govoni said that the application must be <br /> approved by the Design Review Committee. <br /> Mr, Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit with the condition that they receive the <br /> approval of the Design Review Committee. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Stephen gatrelis - Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the lot frontage requirements in C-2, 1-1 and R-5 zoning districts on <br /> property located at 526 Main St. (Map 26, Block 8)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, C. Hawver, J. Regan <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the applicant and presented plans of an 11 acre lot <br /> which is zoned C-2, 1-1 and R-5. He explained that there is only 175 feet of frontage on <br /> Route 130 in the C-2 area which requires 200 feet. He said that he requested the <br /> Variance before going to the Planning Board for approval of three residential lots at the <br /> rear of the site. Richardson Jonas, an abutter, informed the Board that he had not been <br /> approached to sell any land. There was discussion onpossible uses of the land. Mr. <br /> Makunas said this was a zoning law problem which should be referred to an attorney. Mr. <br /> Govoni said they could build a road in to the property, Mr. Slavinsky submitted a request <br /> to withdraw without prejudice. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to accept the withdrawal without prejudice. Mr, Regan seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> D nkin' Donuts -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E.1, 174-25.E.2 and <br /> 174-25.H.6 of the Zoning By-laws for a donut and coffee shop with an accessory drive <br /> through window and one retail store on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 401 <br /> Main St. (Map 28, Block 10)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Amancio S. Correia). <br /> Members present: E. Govoni, I Regan, C, Hawver, R. Nelson, R. Guerrera, J. Dorgan, <br /> M. Makunas. <br /> Mr. Govoni stated that the Board has received a request from Attorney Kevin Kirrane <br /> requesting that the Board continue the hearing to April 23, 1997, <br /> G.A.P. Trust -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.F.2 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to allow the outside sale or rental or automobiles on property located in a C-2 zoning <br /> district at 451 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 72, Block 1)Mashpee, MA.
