Boyd : The ground storage of boats was eventually <br /> complied with . <br /> W . Hanrahan : That isn ' t an issue? <br /> D . Boyd : It doesn ' t seem to be an issue . The storage <br /> tanks -- I don ' t know the status of those . <br /> W . Burtis : There has never been a communication to me or <br /> to Deputy Baker of the Fire Department from <br /> the State Fire Marshall ' s office . <br /> W. Hanrahan : Do the location of the tanks now comply with <br /> the engineering plan referenced in the <br /> Decision? <br /> W . Burtis : Like I say, we haven ' t got the clearance from <br /> the State Fire Marshall ' s office and we have <br /> no communication with them. <br /> W . Hanrahan : In your view, Bill , do you feel that they <br /> comply? <br /> W. Burtis : Yes . <br /> D . Boyd : #2 -- impervious bermed containment system <br /> shall be installed as indicated on the plans <br /> of the boatyard . . , that has not been done . I <br /> believe the easternmost catch basin -- 3A <br /> has been done . <br /> W. Hanrahan : Has been done? So it is O . K. ? <br /> D . Boyd : Yes, and the Gape Cod Commission did inspect . <br /> 3B has been done. <br /> W . Hanrahan : What has not been done? <br /> D. Boyd : Hazardous waste has been done , Basically, the <br /> impervious berm. . . . <br /> W. Hanrahan : Basically #2, the facade, the landscaping, the <br /> bond and public toilet facilities in <br /> accordance with the Board of Health . <br /> M . Makunas : Are you enforcing that part of the Derision? <br /> D . Boyd : No, Mr. .McQuaid is enforcing it . <br /> M. Makunas : We ' re here strictly to discuss your <br /> enforcement . <br /> W. Hanrahan : The first point that you ' re concerned with is <br /> the impervious berm containment system and, <br /> quoting from the decision, "an impervious <br /> bermed containment system for the rack storage <br /> building shall be installed, as indicated on <br /> the plans of the boatyard dated 4/23/91 . The <br /> system consists of 4 foot concrete aprons on <br /> both sides of the rack storage building , The <br /> leaching pits shall be located no closer to <br /> the shore than shown on the plan dated <br /> 4/23/91 . " What do you find in lieu of that? <br /> D. Boyd : There is a representative of the Cape Cod <br /> Commission here and I would rather he address <br /> that . <br />
