This would be a Grade 7-12 committee with a -teacher <br /> membership. The stipend would be $2,500. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Cool, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to create a world <br /> Language Curriculum Committee and Chairperson. <br /> OTE: Unanimous <br /> 7.2 Food Service U date -- Mr. 11 cG wn explained the School Lunch <br /> Reconciliation Form which had an opening balance of$ 1,853.74. The <br /> Program Balance as of October 1999 i $' , 997. 1. <br /> 7.3 Enrollments - Mr. Fluery updated the Committee on the latest <br /> system-wide enrollments. They were; Coombs - 504; Quashnet Valley - <br /> uashn t river - 419; High School - 834. 'Total system-wide <br /> enrollments are 2,1 99. Cape Cod Tech- 47. <br /> 7.4 Facilities Deport - In his monthly report for November, School <br /> Facilities Supervisor Doan Cook listed the following issues: <br /> Sta n <br /> The fourth (night) custodial position at the high, school was filled on <br /> 11/15/99. <br /> ]due to a custodial`departure, a custodial position is posted for the. <br /> uahnet Schools. <br /> day shift maintenance worker will be assigned to nights the second <br /> week of December until spring sports be91re. Bathrooms and corridors <br /> through the system need to be painted. <br /> Interviews for the Cleaning Supervisor will commence the week o <br /> November 29th. <br /> Capi al Improvements.-, <br /> Painting the exterior wood at the high school was placed on hold until <br /> a cost comparison with vinyl siding could be considered. Cost <br /> estimates will be available by next month's regular meeting. <br /> Pla ground Equipment: <br /> The two older wooden playgrounds at the Elementary Schools are in <br /> need of repairs and should be considered for replacement due to <br /> safety concerns and time and cost-expended for repairs. <br /> r <br />
