Specifically 9.1 FYo 1 Financial Review- Mr. Mxowrl detailed the <br /> Assigned/ business office activities by stating the following: <br /> Unfinished <br /> Business 1. - abl : "We are within 30 days with all invoices <br /> barr'ng our problematic files. A "problematic" invoice <br /> would be one that does not have a purchase order <br /> number, one that has not been verified as being received, <br /> one that is missing an account number, or one that <br /> requires further training or explanation." <br /> 2. Par roll rrt n nel: The employee who is <br /> responsible for these areas "appears to be coordinating her <br /> efforts very well" with the Accounting Department nt and <br /> *t'reasurer's office. <br /> . The School Facilities Supervisor has requested <br /> approval for $10.00 per hour for temporary custodians in <br /> both long--tern and short-terra situations. Also, Mr. <br /> McGown requested a rate with a range of between $8.00 - <br /> $9.00 for summer custodian help. Also, he mentioned the <br /> school department has "required the services of <br /> temporary special education van driver for in excess of <br /> nine months. He recommended nded making this a permanent <br /> position for the next school year. <br /> 4. The End-of-the-Year report has been filed with the <br /> Department of Education. <br /> . Mr. McG win has a meeting scheduled with the <br /> auditor on December 5th'oto pick up the final audit results <br /> which should be available for first perusal at the next <br /> budget meeting. <br /> 4 <br /> . The Superintendent's Office is now complete. Mr. <br /> 1Iwn said he will "cost-out the expenses involved in <br /> this project for the next meeting." <br /> 7. There were no bids received for the vinyl siding at <br /> the high school. Mr. McGown felt this project will not <br /> begin now until the spring. He suggested going out to bid <br /> once more and if that is not successful, he will contact the <br /> Inspector General's office and request relief from the <br /> bidding process. <br /> . Regarding the dishwasher, Mr. Cook is attempting <br /> to procure specifications from a vendor recommended by <br /> hartwells. As of today, there has been no response from <br /> the vendor. There has been communications with <br /> Chartwells' District Manager who will assist in obtaining <br /> these specs from the vendor. <br />
