Mr. McGown reported an additional <br /> $55,000 is needed to offset gas cost increase as <br /> projected from FYoo budget; electricity i "very <br /> close";and legal fees need to be increased. <br /> Mrs. Lynch expressed concern regarding the 2300 <br /> account. <br /> 8.5 Enrollments – lir. Flurry noted the enrollments are <br /> "consistent" during the month with 562 students in <br /> the Coombs School; 787 in the Quashnet School-, and <br /> 904 in the high school. There are currently 46 <br /> 1lshpee students attending Cape Cod Tech. <br /> .6 Out-of-School Suspensions – Total student <br /> suspensions for the month ofMarch in grades 7 and <br /> was 22. March Saturday School attendees totaled 67. <br /> In grades 9-12, total student suspensions were 34 <br /> with 95 students assigned to four Saturday School <br /> sessions. <br /> .7 Facility Usage Agreement -- Leisure Services – <br /> Discussed earlier in the meeting. <br /> 8.8 District Coals -- 2000-2001 School Year – Mrs. <br /> Lynch suggested the Committee review one of their <br /> six goals as adopted on October 11, 2000 at each <br /> regular meeting. <br /> .9 Summer Institute – Michael Frde – Discussed <br /> earlier in the meeting. <br /> 8.10 Grades 7-12 — Math Revision, Philosophy <br /> Discussed and voted upon earlier in the meeting. <br /> 8.11 Grades 7-1 - world Language Philosophy and <br /> Sebe and Sequence – Discussed and voted upon <br /> earlier in the meeting. <br /> 8.12 Auditor's Report – Presentation made earlier in the <br /> meeting. <br /> 8.13 Surplus Furniture – Coombs School – Motion made <br /> by Mr. Caswell, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, to declare <br /> 38 red tablet, upholstered chairs in the music room as <br /> surplus. <br /> VOTE: [unanimous <br />
