Student Advisory Student Advisory Council representative Kyle Hunt was unable to attend tonight's <br /> Council meeting. <br /> Ix. Report of the 9.1 Personnel-Mr. Flury announced his resignation effective September 1,2002. <br /> Superintendent <br /> Mr.Fluery informed the Committee of the following personnel issues: <br /> Appointment: <br /> Brian Bodin—High School Custodian <br /> Leave Absence: <br /> Ferri Brodie—Maternity Leave until November 12,2002. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Caswell, seconded by Mrs. Reis,to approve Mrs. Brodie's request <br /> for a maternity leave ofabsence for the first term of the 2002-2003 school year. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Resignations: <br /> Robert Gaboury—Assistant Food Service Director <br /> Shirley Jackson n—Food Service Worker <br /> Jennifer Murphy—High School English Teacher <br /> Sandra Dawes—Quashnet School Computer Teacher <br /> .2 Administrative Reports—The Committee had no questions or comments. <br /> .3 Enrollments—Mr.Fluery updated the Committee on the following enrollment <br /> figures, Coombs School—547; Quashnet School—800; High School—916 for a total <br /> district enrollment of 2,263. There are currently 42 Mashpee students attending Cape <br /> Cod Tech. <br /> 9.4 Out-of-School Suspensions -- For the month of May, grade 7 had 1 <br /> suspensions;grade 8, ;grade 9, 1 ;grade 1 ,3,grade 11, 1;and grade 12,8. <br /> 9.5 Business Administrator's Monthly Report — Mr. Tarlow updated the <br /> Committee on the financial front for both of the FY02 and FY03 budgets. <br /> Mrs. Lopez questioned $3,000 allocated to the Health Grant. This issue had been <br /> previously discussed with the Health Grant Coordinator and Mr. Tarlow felt there had <br /> been a resolution. Eater in the meeting, the Health Grant Coordinator countered Mr. <br /> Tarlow's claim of "resolution". Mr.Fluery said this issue will be discussed further. <br /> 9.6 FY02 Budget Transfers — Mr. Tarlow presented three FY02 budget transfers. <br /> They were as follows; <br /> 2-009 - Transportation $39,248.18 <br /> 02-010 - Athlete line item S 75093.83 <br /> 02-011 - Building grounds $58,580.25 <br /> and utility line items <br /> i <br />
