Acknowledgments 5.1 Heart ofStone Correspondence dated December.,2004—Mrs. Cook introduced a new company in town that has offered to donate between 1. - $2.00 to the fine arts program at the high school for each piece ofjewelry sold. .2 Council on Arg letter dated December 16, 2004 — Mrs. Cook read aloud a letter from Judith Geroge from the Council on Aging thanking Mrs. Martha Gallo and her students for making the holiday season a cheerful one for the seniors. 5.3 Letter from Beth Johnson dated Januar , 2005 — in a letter to Quashnet School Principal Bob Tipp , Quashnet School Guidance Counselor Beth Johnson thanked the following parties for making the holidays a happy time for families who may not have been able to provide for themselves. The people who participated were: Southport residents; ino's Children's Charities; Quashnet School Staff; Quashnet School Teachers; Classrooms at the Quashnet School including Colleen Terrill's class, Dianne Louf"s class, Sheila Carotenut 's class, Colleen Blount's class, Kathy Riley's(who was substituting for Mrs. I ashar) class, Room 142 Teachers (special education department); Mashpee High School Cheerleaders; Mashpee High School — Classes of 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008; Mashpee High School — House B Staff; AA Transport; Noche Bros. Supermarket; as well as more than one dozen individuals and families. 5.4 Custodial, Maintenance and DPW Crews Support During Snowstorms —Mrs. Cook thanked l the above-mentioned school and town employees for their snowplowing and shoveling assistance during the "100-Year Storm" on Cape Cod at the three schools. 5.5 Correspondence fr m Red Cross dated December mber 22, 2004 — Mrs. Cook acknowledged d a letter received from Maureen Zu evi h from the Red Cross who commended blood donors during the blood drive held on December 21, 2004. 5.6 Marie Grable Presentation — All-CapeJn-Service ]day, 1/14/05 — Mrs. Cool{ gave Judos to School Psychologist Mrs. Grabl e for her recent Professional Development school psychologist workshop entitled, "Inter- District In-Service workshops and Collegial Sharing Sessions for Cape Cod Educators."
