Program Support Coordinator began meeting with the Council on Aging staff to assist <br />with their programs’ needs. <br /> <br />The Director reviewed her goals are to begin planning for the annual volunteer <br />recognition event and update the volunteer list with the Volunteer and Program Support <br />Coordinator and recruit a leader for one of the core activities. <br /> <br />Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Director’s report, seconded by <br />Virginia McIntyre. Vote 4-0 unanimous <br /> <br />Outreach Coordinator’s Report <br /> <br />The Outreach Coordinator distributed her report for the month of February. She <br />highlighted the increase in ridership using volunteers. She met with the Domestic <br />Violence Officer from the Mashpee Police Department and the Reaching Seniors Team. <br />The Brown Bag Program continues to serve Mashpee Seniors and Mashpee residents <br />who turned 90+ received flowers delivered by volunteers. <br /> <br />The Outreach Coordinator reviewed the meetings she attended which included meeting <br />with Police, Housing and Bay Cove Crisis Team, Independence House Counselor and <br />Outreach Coordinators monthly meeting. <br /> <br />Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator’s Report, <br />seconded by Marijo Gorney. Vote 4-0 unanimous <br /> <br />Treasurer’s Report <br /> <br />The Director distributed the Treasurer’s Report for the month of February and reviewed <br />the numbers with the members. <br /> <br />Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Treasurer’s Report, seconded by <br />Marijo Gorney. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> <br />Activity Coordinator’s Report <br /> <br />The Director distributed the Activity Coordinator Report for the month of February. She <br />noted several programs which included the Property Tax Exemption Presentation from <br />Town Hall, the Good Morning Social Breakfast and Dine-Around. <br /> <br />Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Activity Coordinator’s Report, <br />seconded by Virginia McIntyre.
