She <br /> explained the mitigation and is proposing 5 shrubs to be planted close to the pool retaining gall <br /> and 4 native trees will he planted as shogun on the plan. Arlene stated that she will he <br /> submitting a new plan as the applicant did not have permission to use an old Cape and Islands <br /> Engineering plan for their project <br /> The Agent stated the mitigation looks good and a certified arborist is required to he hired to <br /> determine the condition of the trees. <br /> Arlene Milson requested the hearing he continued on behalf of the applicant in order to submit a <br /> new plan to February 22 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Motion: Mr. cook mored at the request of the applicant the hearing be continued to <br /> February 22, 2018 at Moo p,m., seconded by Mr. Sweet. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:118 Daniel E. Marsters, Trustee, 49 Palmer Road. proposed construction of single- <br /> family dwelling, garage, septic system upgrade and landscaping/hardscapin . Nol <br /> Motion: Mr. cooly moved at the request of the applicant to continue the hearing to <br /> January 25, 2018, seconded by Mr. Sweet. Vote unanimous 4-0. <br /> 6: 1 Patricia A. Connolly, 5 Seconsett Island Road.
