The Douse version included 2.2 M. <br /> and the Senate had approved the loafer amount, 1,078,000. The Joint Mouse <br /> and Senate Conference Committee includes funding in the administrative <br /> account of the Board of Library Commissioners budget to wire two new <br /> library technology specialists. Please mote that the FY/97 state budget <br /> must go to the governor for is review and signature." <br /> O. Robertson explained that the strategic plan was going to split the <br /> Eastern Region into four distinct regions and also to rearrange the way <br /> state money was funded to the networks by telecommunication. 0. Robertson <br /> stated that there should be more money coming to the networks which will <br /> help stabilize CLAMS expenses to some degree, <br /> B. Mr. -Whritenour abed . . <br /> Helene if she would like a nice carved wooden sign that says Mashpee <br /> Public Library and has the library logo incorporated into it. The Selectmen <br /> would provide the sign and the DPW would provide the maintenance. They are <br /> gaiting to hear from the trustees, as to their wishes. <br /> It was Heltenel s opinion that this would probably be in addition to the <br /> directional signs which were previously discussed. <br /> Discussion followed, questioning whetber this sign was being provided <br /> instead of the directional_ signs discussed at the previous month's meeting, <br /> ndrea suggested that perhaps some clarification coup be had from Bob <br /> Whritenour and Greg Taylor.
