Dick moved that the proposed budget for FY2000 be approved as prepared . . Anton seconded.. All in favor. So moved . Iv CORRESPONDENCE Board of Library Commissioners State Aid to Public Libraries Fact Sheet : Mimi explained that if any of the trustees wished to read - this --material, she would 'be willing to alloy them to borrow it . e.lene had received a- notice throe E-mail which stated there were a senator and a representative who were prefiling the Bond Bill . V OLD BUSINESS : Mimi felt the ,meeting last month with Douglas Storrs , John Renz and Kerry Marsh was a very productive meeting'. She thanked David for arranging for it and she would look forw9ard to the next meet- ng with ,Douglas' Storrq and other principals . VI NEW BUS LNBS:S': Mimi. stated that the establishment of a sub-committee for fund raising had- been discussed Dick explained th.a.t at our previous meeting ,, we had discussed that we would have two meetings each month; one wavy-Id be a general -meeting , '-whish. e were having tonight . Dick explained we would ponsar an .article at 'Town Meeting to e t blish a building committee. -At the same time, a present a List of those people who have indicated an interest in working on 't .e building committee. Helene added that - once ` you have a committee established , the town would publicize' that ; they would loo's to the 'community for volun- teers to come forward.
