Inteimet Policy.at Li rar = - -
Helene advised the Board that a gentleman complained the other day because he felt he should not he limited
o one turn per day to use the computer. Helene explained that the library was trying to provide access to as
many patrons per day as possible. He still felt he should be able to sign up for more than one turn per day,
particularly if others were not waiting. Helene advised him that he could contact the hoard of trustees if e
wished them to reconsider the policy. Helene informed David about the conversation and suggested the
Trustees look at the current policy. The Library Trustees discussed the policy and brainstormed the pros and
eons of various approaches. Consensus reached was to delete "one session per day" from the policy. Those
wishing additional time would sign up again and get hack into the queue of those waiting for computers. The
remainder of the policy was left as it was written.
.1
Aaiournrnent...The meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
peetf lly submitted,
Minutes typed by Jean Giliherti
From Tape provided by Helene Deli oe
