Co, mmun1" i n <br /> r. <br /> Helene advised the Trustees that Kathleen Eynon,the architect who designed the display model of the <br /> proposed new library, passed away. Carlo recommended the Board send a letter and condolence card. The <br /> Board wholeheartedly agreed with this sentiment and David will do this on behalf of the Board of Library <br /> r <br /> Trustees. <br /> Book Sales...David stated that one of the biggest generators of funds for the Fn*ends is the book sale. <br /> However, obviously something has to be done to get some control on amount of books having to be stored for <br /> the sale. One of the suggestions was that perhaps the book sales can continue but acceptance of books be, say, <br /> only several times a year. It was mentioned that Jing Walker used to take books down to the trailer at the <br /> Transfer station when inventory was just too much. Ann said she feels the ball is in theFriends' court and she <br /> felt confident Kristen ill make the appropriate decision as to how to deal ith this problem. <br /> Next Meeti .*.Tuesday,November 14, 2006, at 6:30 p.m. in Library Meeting Room. <br /> Adlournment Dianna motioned to adjourn the meeting; Ann seconded the motion; and it was unanimously <br /> passed.
