Ido we mention the discount that applies to certain situations? <br /> Are there certain towns with discounts and others without? Discount applies only t <br /> certain tiers. Mr. Dellagala wants all the facts given to the community. Marjorie <br /> I ats ulis feels this is "opening a can of rns"with respect to a very small discount <br /> for certain situations. Joyce Mason agrees this could lead people to believe the <br /> committee has more control than they actually do. <br /> Am Chisholm will incorporate everyone's comments on the nevus release and make the <br /> revisions accordingly. <br /> Joe Dellagala mentions a name change again. Joyce Ilan states that according to the <br /> by-laws, nothing can be amended until the Town Meeting in October. A discussion by <br /> the committee ensues regarding a name change. <br /> Mr. Eliason states that be would like to see the name put on channel 17 news. <br /> REVIEW OF FINANCES: Joyce Mason gives a general overview of the funds left in <br /> the account. There is $123,,627.25 left in the account less the money for the equipment. <br /> After the money is withdrawn for the e }ui ment, there ill be 17,685 ill the equipment <br /> account. Andy Eliason opens a discussion on allocating money for the air conditioning, <br /> the window and moving the equipment into a horlo2ontal rack.. Mr. Chisholm would like <br /> the money allocated and would like to move forward on getting these items. Bob <br /> Fensternaker agrees to obtain names of contractors to get quotes on installing these <br /> items. Jinn Chisholm states that he would like to see this move forward and get quotes <br /> for these things. Joyce Mason agrees to get written estfinates once these contractors are <br /> located. Lola 1 lcCray moves to nye a notion to get obtain bids the control window, <br /> the ventilation and the new rack, Jim Chisholm seconds the motion. MOTION <br /> ACCEPTED. Bob Fenst rnaker and Joyce Mason suggest Bill Shea to help obtain <br /> these estimates. Discussion ensues on making the room better. Marjorie Kats ulis <br /> would like to change the sound and mentions that the quality is not good. vote i <br /> unanimous. <br /> Joyce Mason requests on behalf of the Mashpee Fire Station, $4,200 for equipment, for <br /> the new station for training purposes. Mr. Eliason would life a list of what they need. <br /> Jinn Chisholm moves that a list be made up ofwhat they creel and a price list t <br /> accompany it. Lola 1 lcCray seconds the notion. A discussion ofelectronically <br /> authorizing $4,200 - $4,500 for expenditures in the train <br />
