Development of an Abutter's List Tab: AGI will develop a third web-based tab for the GIS web-site that will provide the capability to quickly develop an abutter's list (which would have a disclaimer that this list is for reference only; an official abutters list must be certified by the Town Assessor). Web Site Hosting: AGI proposes to host this Mashpee web-based GIS on their server located in Downtown Boston. The Town will have unlimited access to this server. The first 3 months of application hosting at AGI are included in the cost of development (provided below). Costs: The bottom line is what the project costs will be: ► Development of Property Viewer Tab (including 3 months of hosting): $9,000 ► Development of Custom Property Record Card $1,500 ► Development of Interactive Mapping Tab $4,000 ► Development of Abutter's List Tab $4,000 Subtotal for the Development work and 3 months of hosting: $18,000 Additional year of AGI hosting $3;000 Development work with a total of 15 months of hosting provided: $21,000 $3,000 would have to be budgeted annually for hosting services to keep the web-based GIS up and running. Any additional development work would have to be budgeted for. Il. Full Circle Technologies. Project Introduction: Development of a Town of Mashpee web GIS using a proprietary-based product called "Vector Eyes". On December 12, 2003, Dave Bailey and myself met with Full Circle Technologies representatives to review the AGI's Web-based. GIS product. An on-line demonstration was conducted. One thing that stands out about this product is its ease-of-use and ability to manage. Dave and I were able to see how easy it is to upload GIS files, setup queries, etc. As was done for AGI, an additional meeting was held with Full Circle representatives, myself and David DelVecchio on May 25, 2004 in order to give him the chance to become familiar with this product.
