If it is not, then Mashpee asked that ample funding be secured in order to <br /> establish a local access studio in Mashpee (first preference), or(second choice) to join in <br /> with another access studio in a neighboring town. This request is in the Ascertainment <br /> Hearing record. <br /> Jim Chisholm made a motion to recommend to the BOS to encumber$60,000 for the <br /> renovation and upgrade of the Town Hall control room and related equipment. Meeting schedule for 2009. <br /> The Board agreed that the permanent board meeting schedule for 2009 be set for the <br /> second Tuesday of each month, at 2:00 PI M# in the Selectmen's conference room##1. <br /> The exception to that will be the January meeting, which will be held on the first Tuesday of <br /> the month, January 6th, at 2 PI I, in the BOS conference room#1.
